I was shopping with my elderly mother…

I was shopping with my elderly mother in the city store yesterday looking for a handbag. Two staff members were standing next to the table we were trying to access, completely ignoring us while they chatted loudly complaining about their boss! This went on for a long time. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Horrible online shopping experience

I was trying buy something on Myer online and when I was about to check out and confirm and pay than this “review Myer service pop up box” pop up. I had to click on that for it go. Once I click everything disappeared. Not sure what happened so I checked my account and Myer took money off my account but I didn’t receive any invoice or order confirmation so I called Myer customer service, hours on the phone and they are not able to resolve it, 4 days later, I heard nothing back so I emailed them and I just received something generic information email back. Since the issue didn’t got resolved or Myer didn’t responded saying they will provide the refund or didn’t look into it quickly. I had to called my bank report Myer for taking unauthorised payment because I am tried of chase, Myer customer service told me that order confirmation was not provided because order was not placed than why did you took money for never placed order. Why ?
And since there been a mistake then processed the refund. I have returned items in Myer before and processing a refund has never taken this long. And in this situation it should not take longer because 1. I didn’t place an order 2. you took money out of my account without my authorisation 3. you are not going to provide what you took money for. 4. That money doesn’t belong to you !
Horrible online shopping experience and calling and emailing Myer customer service has be a nightmare.
I do buy a lots of things from Myer but wouldn’t want to buy online again.
If you want to avoid this kind of stuff and particularly don’t like chasing after to resolve money issues, wouldn’t recommend buying online on Myer!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Product not sent and spent weeks of phone calls trying to get my refund. Still haven’t received my refund. Get fobbed off every time I phone

Very poor customer service with online shopping error

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Incredibly poor customer service! 2 items were ordered, the first arrived with a security tag attached and the second arrived and is the completely wrong item - upon investigation the code on the tag of the product that arrived actually links to a picture on the website of what I thought I was purchasing, the only problem is that is not the product that arrived! Upon calling customer service there was no assistance to provide the correct product or even an attempt at sourcing the correct product. There was no offer to try to send the correct product as it apparently does not come from Myer but 'a supplier' so they refused to resend the correct item if I returned the incorrect item. There is no option to view the ordered product in-store or have the item sent to a store to ensure it is actually the correct product that is being purchased the second time around. So now I must drive to a store (not close by) to get the tag from the dress removed and return the belt and the kicker is they will not even refund postage and I will leave with no replacement belt upon returning the incorrect one! It appears by looking at other reviews incorrect photos of purchases on the website is a recurrent theme. I will not online shop with Myer again - something I thought would be quick and easy has been anything but, it's cost me postage, petrol and time I don't have to spare!

Myer Just Gets Worse

Myer Just Gets Worse. A lovely lady helped me update MyerOne details. I eventually logged into the Myer site which has different login details and tried to update my email details to enable me to shop but O no! NO CAN DO. Message after message asking if I wanted to chat with a human. Yes. But NO RESPONSE. Result? I want to cancel Myer account and Myer Online. But no! No can do. I love the way they collect and keep details with no way out. Typical of Myer. God knows why I bothered wasting my precious time. Never again.

If I could give you less than 1 star I would. What has happened to your Customer Service, you used to be so good? 3 orders in 1 month and you have made a mistake on 2 of them, 1 ordered twice. I ordered some shoes for my sons birthday on 06th August and you sent me a ladies sun visor. Despite you having received my order back, I am still waiting on my replacement, is is now the 20th of August, when I checked the status of my orders it says you are still preparing my order. Then I ordered some jeans for him, you sent me the wrong ones. Tried again, still the wrong ones. Clearly the image displayed on your website is incorrect. How can you get it so wrong? This gives me 2 days to purchase alternate items in time for my sons birthday - far from good enough Myer.

Very Poor Staff Behaviour

I went to the change room to try on a top, the door was opened when i entered and closed it . When I was changing a Middle Aged Asian Myer Staff just opened the door without knocking saying some customers things are there, which I wasn't aware of. The customer kept her things in one change room and was trying out things in another change room whom this particular staff was dealing with. How Am I supposed to know. There is no decency to check if a lady is changing and the other customers husband is waiting outside the change room. And this Asian Staff, wants to open the Door when I am changing and trying to push her way through. I don't think that was right and when I changed and got out. She discusses the matter with another staff treating me like I done something wrong. The same was discussed with a lovely Aussie Lady, at the check out station. Please brief your staff not to Barge in when someone is changing specially when a lady is changing and you have a Man outside. This is not done. Never expected it in Myer Store, Carousel Perth,on 10th of August 2022 at around 16:30.

How they survive as a business amazes me

I went to Knox MYERS on the last day of business -l bought a heap of clothes. My husband stood in the queue, while l still shopped as they kept reducing prices. As the register times out after 20 or so items. We had 11 consecutive dockets, it wasn’t until l got home that l realised l had been overcharged $1000 dollars. I had been there a few times in the week prior so l knew the prices. It has taken a year to get some of the money refunded. I went to head office, twice. I got a ladies name and reassurances that she would look into it. I waited 6 months trying to ring this lady (whom was always in meetings and never rung back.)
Finally she decided to ring after we went into head office the second time. She had six months to work through it and this was the first time she had rung back. She had obviously not done any investigation into my complaint as the amount they said they could “prove” was a third of the amount they had overcharged me.
I have been fighting them for a year now and am so angry-they hide away in head office, which you can’t even get to unless you head office unless you have a card.
Their practices suck.
They are rip off merchants
If you do not feel this is a true review l will publish the ladies name and contact number (which is near impossible to find anywhere)

I gave one star but it should -1 tried to buy $500 gift voucher for my wife’s birthday 2 times the first I was told 24 hours later after I rang them that it failed tried a 2nd time double checked the details all were good2 hours later told by email it failed as well I ring them was told that it failed because it was my wife name but my card was in my name got a manager from customer was told by her it failed because I don’t meet there criteria after 45 minutes of debating back and forth still no answer explaining criteria and she hang up on me(rude) never never never buy from Myer no customer service

I placed an order 2 weeks back and I…

I placed an order 2 weeks back and I got the delivery of some other person. I returned the products back and staff assured me you will get a refund and then you can order same product in same discount price. I received the refund and when I went on the website to place an order again the product were not on sale price previously I ordered online which I got wrong delivery. I tried calling at their help centre and luckily I got hold of an online team lady over the phone assured me and kept me on hold for 45 minutes and keep on saying I am price matching your product please stay on call, I stayed on call for good 45 minutes and then she cut my call. Worst service dont buy from them.
